Zeemato retains all rights to the Clapyy platform, branding, and code. You retain ownership of the content you post or share, but you grant Zeemato a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to use and transmit such content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Clapyy integrates third-party technologies like **ZegoCloud** for communication and **Cloudinary** for media storage. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective terms of service.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeemato shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Clapyy or any interactions with other users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zeemato is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
